Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
We aim to provide a safe environment during Creative Flair sessions. We work with the nursery setting/school to ensure the children’s safety whilst our sessions are taking place. We have a Health and Safety Policy; should you wish to see it please get in touch.
Within the settings where the sessions take place there is always a First Aider – whether that is the Creative Flair Teacher or a member of staff from the setting.
Creative Flair has a Safeguarding Policy which will be adhered to. This policy can be provided on request. All of our staff have an enhanced DBS check and are experienced teachers.
All of our equipment is regularly cleaned and checked to make sure it is suitable for use. Our staff Risk Assess the environment before each session.
Our nursery sessions are planned in line with the EYFS and planning sheets with written observations are handed in to the nursery after every session. These are available for parents to see should they wish to.
Creative Flair forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form (e.g. on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc.) unless it has been agreed between Creative Flair and the management of the setting.
At Creative Flair we treat everyone fairly and equally. We encourage all children and their families to get involved with our sessions and we are fully committed to offering equal opportunities.
Payments
Nursery Invoices are given out every 10 weeks (unless a different number of weeks fit between holidays/term dates etc). In schools and term time only settings invoices are given out every half term or full term. No place is fully guaranteed unless a part or full payment of the term fees is made.
Payments are to be made online on the website www.creativeflairkids.com Full payment of fees as is shown on the invoice is expected, unless a prior agreement has been made or due to specific circumstances that have been discussed. Invoices are not to be edited or changed once they are sent.
Creative Flair is under no obligation to refund your money in the event that your child is unable to attend part of the term of sessions. If your child misses a class due to sickness, absence from nursery/school or because of a holiday, no refund can be given (unless previously discussed or due to long term absence).
With our nursery sessions where the nursery operates over the 6 week Summer Break, we send a note with the invoice that includes these sessions to explain what to do if your child is leaving before the break or will be absent for the 6 weeks due to attending in term time only. A part payment will be advised in this instance.
If your child leaves the setting we provide sessions at and won’t be able to attend any longer, we ask that you let us know so that we can remove them from our registers, remove you from the mailing list and we can let the team know.
If a payment has not been received by halfway through the invoice, then a reminder email will be sent out. Another reminder email will be sent out towards the end of the invoice period.
We have the right to refuse to allow a child to join in if fees have not been paid. We would only take this action if many reminders have been given and a more serious approach is required. We do not do this lightly as we always want to include everyone.
If a class is cancelled by Creative Flair then this session will be deducted from the next invoice.
If there’s a situation where a nursery or school cannot host our session we will endeavour to re-schedule the session. If this is not possible then the session will be deducted from the next invoice.
Creative Flair is unable to offer a refund in the event of adverse conditions such as bad weather which prevent you from bringing your child to the setting where the session is being held, if the class is running as normal.
We have public liability insurance (ask us if you’d like details.)
Personal data
When you sign your child up to our sessions, we take personal details regarding your child as well as parent contact details. We will not use these to contact you except to send invoices, chase payments or make an enquiry as to whether your child is attending a session. This information is securely stored in our office and only the Director and Admin Manager have access to it. It will not be shared with anyone else.
